Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original CLAE shoe box, placed inside a separate shipping carton.

Return Labels

We now provide prepaid return labels for eligible countries through our Return Portal.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund:

  • €10 for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Netherlands
  • €15 for Italy and Spain

For all other countries, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please visit our Return Portal and follow the steps.

Your requested item will be reserved, subject to availability, while your return is in transit. If there is a price difference, it will either be refunded or charged accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your return.
  4. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
