EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
At CLAE we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return an item, we accept returns in unworn, new condition for refund or exchange. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for exchange or refund. All footwear must be returned with the original, undamaged, unmarked CLAE shoe box, inside of a separate shipping box marked with the RMA#.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only within 30 days from date of purchase and are not eligible for refund.
On your first exchange within the EU, CLAE will ship the exchanged shoes for free. For exchanges outside of the E.U, standard shipping charges will apply.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. CLAE does not refund shipping charges. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.
Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from CLAE.eu.
TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, desired item to return. We will then email your personal RMA# along with your return instructions.
CLAE unfortunately cannot accept returns with out an accompanying RMA#.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 days to process your exchange or refund. Exchange requests greater than the original purchase will be charged (to the original form of payment) for the difference in price. For PayPal orders greater than the original purchase, CLAE will send an invoice for the difference in price. Exchange orders less than the original purchase will be refunded the difference in price to the original form of payment.
Please Note: When shipping items back to CLAE, customers should choose a shipping service that offers tracking and insure the item for full value. CLAE is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
